IT’S OFFICIAL: New Crown for Miss Universe 2019!

Dubai, United Arab Emirates –  World-renowned luxury jeweller Mouawad today announced a new partnership with The Miss Universe Organization, which will see winners of its three prestigious pageants, MISS UNIVERSE®, MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® honored with crowns crafted by Mouawad. The announcement came as the reigning Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is scheduled to set foot for the first time in Dubai on September 19, 2019.

The first official Miss Universe Diamond Crown by Mouawad will make its debut at the 68th annual MISS UNIVERSE® competition, where Catriona will crown her successor.

Mouawad Co-guardian Fred Mouawad commented on the new partnership, saying: “With Mouawad’s strong heritage of designing jewelry for royalty and our reputation for ‘crafting the extraordinary’, we are delighted to bring our savoir faire to these internationally renowned events and to craft exceptional, one-of-a-kind pieces befitting modern-day royalty.”

The Miss Universe 2019, Miss USA 2020 and Miss Teen USA 2020 titleholders and their successors will also receive a keepsake tiara to own as a treasured memory of their time as reigning queens.
